Headstocks is a family run care company. We provide home care services specialising in long hours during the day, waking nights and live in care. We cater for private and social services funded service users. Our services expand to acting as brokers for service users who require Personal Assistants (PAs). We are a growing company currently providing support in Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

As a home care provider, we provide​:

​

24hr live in care.

• Waking nights

• Day time care with a minimum of four hours per call.

 

As PA brokers we:

​

• Provide suitable  qualified Pas to service users who are able to direct their care.

• We manage PA rota for the service user if they have a need for more than one PA and if they wish for us to do so.

• We provide temporary cover for Pas to cover sickness, holidays and other unseen circumstances.

​

We are CQC registered for our home care services as this includes personal care.

 

We assist service users with:

• Personal care tasks including bathing and other hygiene related tasks.

• Prepare meals based on the service user’s dietary needs and personal preferences.

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Assistance with continence care

• Accompanying service users to appointments and social outings

•  Assisting services users to find activities that they enjoy and wish to engage in

• Administering medication and monitoring

• Monitoring physical and mental wellbeing of service users

• Assisting service users to make health review and other appointments where needed.
